COVID-19
Due to the dangers of the current virus, we are prepared to offer you three different services so that you and your child may feel as safe and comfortable as possible. Before each in-person visit, we request that you take your child's temperature and immediately report any feelings of sickness including fever, chills, fatigue, nausea, headaches, congestion, or vomiting. If your child has experienced any of these symptoms we ask that you tell us immediately so that the tutor may be quarantined as well.
In Home
Our tutors will be required to wear a mask at all times when within your home. The tutor will bring their own materials such as pencils and scratch paper so that there is very minimal contact.
Outside
All of our tutors are locally based and are willing to have their session in your backyard or a nearby park if that reassures your child's safety. The open-air aids the thinking process and is less likely to transmit Covid.
Online
Online sessions over Zoom are also available though they are primarily encouraged for students fifth grade and higher. Zoom sessions are best for teaching studying techniques and ensuring that Covid-19 does not enter your home through our tutors.
